Great for students. Lots of built in furniture in the room; including a full desk with cabinets & shelves, bookshelfs, closet drawers, closet. There is a door that connects to the bathroom. Upstairs includes full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The 2 other roommates live down stairs & rarely are up so the upstairs section is mostly yours. Price includes this room, full access to the driveway, and full access to the garage. Utilities are around $50 per month. Lease expires August 1st. Will be fully moved out by February 1 or sooner and am looking for someone to fill my spot before then. Lease ends in August and can be renewed as yearly or month to month.
