NO PETS While we love animals, pets are not permitted in the condo in accordance with building regulations and to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. NO SMOKING Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning, deodorization, and damage charges. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS To preserve the peaceful enjoyment of the property and respect our neighbour's, parties, events, excessive noise, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. The Unit has a Sound Decibel Reader to Monitor any partying out excess noise. Violation can lead to termination of your booking and strata fines. While the building is generally quiet, guests may occasionally hear normal day-to-day sounds from neighbouring units, hallways, elevators, or common areas. We want you to have an incredible stay while also respecting the home, building, and surrounding community. Please review the following information and house rules before your arrival. **GUEST REGISTRATION** Guests must complete Form K before check-in, in accordance with applicable strata bylaws and building requirements. **AMENITY HOURS** Most amenities, including the hot tubs and outdoor areas, are generally available from **6:00 AM to 10:00 PM**. The fitness centre, steam room, and sauna are generally open daily from **6:00 AM to 11:00 PM**. **POOL MAINTENANCE The pool is closed for the entire month of April for scheduled maintenance. Amenity hours may occasionally change. Please refer to the posted signage at each amenity during your stay for the most current hours and any temporary closures or updates. **BUILDING & NOISE** This property is located within a multi-unit residential building and is typically very quiet. However, guests may occasionally hear normal day-to-day sounds from neighbouring units, hallways, elevators, or common areas. We appreciate your understanding and ask that all guests respect the building and surrounding community. **QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM 9:00 AM** The unit is equipped with a sound monitoring device to help ensure excessive noise levels are avoided. **EARLY CHECK-IN** If you require early check-in, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day early check-in requests may be declined due to cleaning and preparation requirements. **Early Check-In Fee: $99** An additional cleaning service may be required to prepare the property early. **RESERVATION CHANGES** Requests to shorten the original length of stay will be denied. Date changes may be accepted provided the new reservation maintains the same length of stay or is longer, subject to availability. **CHECK-OUT** Check-out time is **11:00 AM**. Late check-out beyond 11:00 AM will incur a 100 per hour fee**. Please notify your host immediately after checking out to help avoid potential late check-out fees. **HOUSE RULES** No smoking or vaping inside the home. No pets allowed. No parties or events. No unregistered guests. No food or drinks on the beds. No loud noise during quiet hours, from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No shoes inside the home. Respect the neighbourhood, building, and other residents. Keep the home clean and treat it with care. **MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY** Maximum occupancy: **2 guests**. Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted. Unauthorized additional guests may result in a 200 per person fee** and/or other applicable building or booking penalties. **CHECK-OUT CLEANING** Before checking out, please: Wash all dishes. Dispose of garbage in the designated garbage bins. Place all recycling in the designated recycling bin. Failure to properly clean up after yourself may result in a 500 deep cleaning/extra cleaning fee**. **SERVICE ANIMALS** Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and building requirements.
