Pumping well septic system so there is no water bill. Renter pays electric and internet. Brand new Mini Split HVAC system keeps the place cool. Should run reasonable on electric as it has ecosystem and timers for when you're not at home. Extremely flexible on lease terms and moving costs. Ultimate Dream renter is someone with local references who wants to stay in a place for a while and put in a garden. the price may seem high compared to what's available nearby but this is a very nice place. also the fact that it's privately owned is very nice. there's no maintenance men coming in and other people at your front door. the way the house sits on the property it's right in the middle with huge yards on either side. I just repainted the whole kitchen the appliances are nice and I put in a brand new Mini Split AC. I also put an extra window unit in the back bedroom. I'm fully insulating the back shed so if you want to have a workshop it's a perfect place for it and it's just a nice big yard in a quiet private place with a huge screen patio and a lot of potentials so if you want like a long-term lease a place where you can stay for a year or two or maybe three or whatever and have a nice garden and feel comfortable with a good landlord who lives nearby this is the place for you. also the rent does go down after 6 months and again at a year so it's a good steady place it's clean and well kept and if you want to put in a garden I'll be happy to help and show you how. some of the pictures are from my garden but I'm just giving you an idea of the potential. with food prices going up and even availability having a nice big Garden Alone makes it worth a little more rent and not having people at your door is a nice private place to be and have as your home. a one year lease with the rent decrease built in is what I'm looking for.
