This is the best neighborhood to live in for many reasons. Dickinson is bordered on both sides by a green belt. Our end is a "dead end", with a beautiful gully three houses away. The entire block is lined with enormous, beautiful mature trees including a majestic redwood right across the street. There is no neighborhood traffic noise and the freeway cannot be heard from this location. Each house has privacy. The neighbors are kind and neighborly! We have block parties and everyone watches out for each other. There has been no crime on this street. There are no dogs barking continuously. Wildlife includes deer, occasional raccoons and many birds, including Blue Herons which roost down the road. Homeowners love to garden on this street, making it colorful and cared for. You will feel safe and comfortable here!
