The property is 11 mostly wooded acres. It’s a beautiful property with bluffs, 3 natural springs and a small pond. It’s very pretty in the woods. Definitely hunting opportunities as we’ve caught plenty of deer in the trail cam. They drink from the creeks. There’s two houses, a shed and garage we use as a barn. It has a hay loft in there. One house is a project house. It’s currently gutted after previous owners had a small fire. The damage didn’t really affect the structure so it’s pretty much a blank canvas.
