Looking for a short term person to rent this very quaint 1 bedroom dwelling within the city limits of Flagstaff on secluded street, near historic Route 66. It backs up against the forest where foot/bike trails and wildlife abound. Has a full kitchen very fast Wi-Fi and a covered deck on the back overlooking the street. Washer and dryer in the house with on demand water heater. It is only 2 miles from downtown and FMC is 3 miles and if you take the Urban Trails by bike it is less. The driveway to the cabin is steep and AWD is recommended for the winter months . I built it for my mother in law who lived there comfortably for 8 years, but couldn't take the altitude and moved back Louisiana . Rented for 30 day periods landlord pays for utilities
