    Private room in newly remodeled 3 br 2 1/2 bath condo. I am renting a room in my newly remodeled 3 bd 2 1/2 bath condo. Nice quiet condo very close to everything in Grover Beach. Shared bath with one other person. I am 44 year old architectural designer. I am really mellow and enjoy normal stuff like outdoor activities, reading, music and movies, etc... I am very liberal and am looking for like minded people. The other roommate is 28 and works in the cannabis industry. He is also pretty laid back and enjoys the gym, basketball, and gaming. We keep the house very clean and would be looking for someone who can keep common areas clean as well. You will have full access to all the amenities in the house (i.e. full use of common areas, kitchen, storage in garage, extra freezer space in garage, etc...). Not looking for someone with furniture for common areas. Only bedrooms. The house comes with a very friendly Husky mutt. The house is 420 and ciggarette friendly but please, no heavy drinkers. Ocassional overnight guests are okay, but having someone over half the week is not okay. Dogs may be considered. No Cats. The room will be available on the 1st of May. Month to month lease. Security deposit $1000.00. Rent is $1000 plus $150 / month for utilities including internet. 2 blocks to supermarket and restaurants. 5 min drive to beach If interested, please send me some information about yourself and your situation.
