Only 15-minutes from the quaint town of Williston. 6 1/2 miles from I-75, Wendy's, Jim's Pit BBQ, Iron Skillet and Petro travel center w/mini grocery mart. Utilities, maintenance and general services are flexible as listed above. 24/7 emergency assistance and general support are provided by a local property manager. Pets and domesticated animals up to 150 lbs. are allowed (requires proof of shots and a $500 refundable pet security deposit). BASIC TERMS - Min. 1-week and max. 1-year lease rentals. Longer lease exceptions available by written approval only. - Leases are automatically renewable. - Weekly rentals start at $875/ week + 1-Week refundable security deposit - All rentals require a $225 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee not included in the security deposit LAWN, SERVICE & MAINTENANCE (LSM) FEES ARE OPTIONAL FOR DIY GUESTS The log cabin is a farm on a 3-acre parcel that requires routine care. The LSM fees are optional for tenants who wish to DIY ("Do-It-Yourself"). DIY tenants requires a refundable security deposit to insure basic services such as lawn and pest control are completed and equipment (provided by owner) is properly maintained. Tenants can pay owner's fees, or alternatively either hire contractors or provide their own DIY labor, maintenance plus fuel and and oil use of owner's equipment. This applies to minor appliance & household repairs, maintenance, pest control, lawn mowing, landscaping, tending the chicken coop and garbage removal and disposal at the Orange Lake Recycling Center (9.9 miles, 17 mins. away). OPTIONAL FEES (OR DIY) 1. Minor repairs and maintenance service calls 2. Monthly lawn mowing service & trimming 3. Bi-monthly garbage and yard trash removal service (up to one pickup truck cargo bay load) 4. Weekly chicken coop tending, feeding & watering.
