Tenants can pay owner's fees, or alternatively either hire contractors or provide their own DIY labor, maintenance plus fuel and and oil use of owner's equipment. This applies to minor appliance & household repairs, maintenance, pest control, lawn mowing, landscaping, tending the chicken coop and garbage removal and disposal at the Orange Lake Recycling Center (9.9 miles, 17 mins. away). OPTIONAL FEES (OR DIY) 1. Minor repairs and maintenance service calls 2. Monthly lawn mowing service & trimming 3.
