Homes in Briggs Ranch rarely come on the market. Why would anyone want to sell? If I lived here I would walk to Folsom Point every morning and stare at the lake, it's right at the end of the street. On the weekends I might take the bike trails or sit in the park around the corner. Of course, with a backyard like this, its almost like living in the park. Except the park does not have fruit growing on the trees..
