Tenants are responsible to put out trash in appropriate bins and bring garbage cans in. I am interested in long term tenants who are quiet and respectful of the other tenants in the house. There are three raised beds for tenants to grow vegetables. These are communal in nature and all tenants are encouraged to develop their green thumbs. The back yard is available to be used by all the tenants.
