Other tenants in the house are Brown post-docs. graduate students, The house is quiet and professional. Sorry - No pets. No smoking. (These are deal breakers. sorry.) Some pictures are posted to give you an idea of how the apartment looks with furniture in it. There are two different sets of photographs of tenants layout of the apartment. Thank you for your interest in my apartment. Landlord pays for sewer, trash pick up, taxes, water. Tenants pays for heat, electricity, internet. Tenants are responsible to put out trash in appropriate bins and bring garbage cans in. I am interested in long term tenants who are quiet and respectful of the other tenants in the house. There are three raised beds for tenants to grow vegetables. These are communal in nature and all tenants are encouraged to develop their green thumbs. The back yard is available to be used by all the tenants.
