The original part of the house was built in 1921, the original house had 2 bedrooms separated by a full bathroom, living room dinning room and kitchen, in 1997 a 30' x 33' addition (AKA the Great Room) with aloft bedroom with an attached bath room were added, a laundry room with storage and an additional full bathroom on the north side of the Great Room. Also a 30' x 30' barn shaped pole building with concrete floor was erected, 20' x 30' of the "Barn" is used as a work shop-storage-Garage, 10' x 22' of the "barn" was made into a dog kennel with an access door to the pet yard, and a large window for fresh air and light from outside. This room is heated and air conditioned and equipped with several dog crates and a Kitty condo. In 2017 the driveway on the south side of the house was graveled, the back yard had new sod installed, an underground sprinkler system installed with automatic controller and the house was painted.
