The living area has a 70” TV for viewing your favorite sports games and movies with family and friends. The laundry room and the main floor bathroom (which also services the loft bedroom) are located off the kitchen area. An additional flight of stairs leads to the 3rd floor open loft bedroom which has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. The loft space is ideal for kids, teenagers, or even a family of 4. All 3 bedrooms plus the living room have smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and has a coffee maker plus a Keurig (bring your favorite pods). The dining table along with 4 adjacent bar stools provides ample seating for 8. There is also a new full-sized washer and dryer for accommodating any laundry needs. Upgrades: 2021: Exterior paint, custom built trash receptacle, new pool screens, ground level wood deck, new driveway stones. Upgrades 2022: New water heater. 2 new HVAC systems. New 70” UHD TV. New Adirondack chairs.
