The apartment is located in the very sought out Carroll Gardens neighborhood, just steps to all the restaurants, bars, Trader Joe's etc located on both Smith St. and Court St. Also, the Carroll stop (7 minute walk) or Smith 9th St. stop (3 minute walk), both on the F/G line make it easy access to other areas in Brooklyn or a short 20 minutes into Manhattan.I will be relocating for work and am so sad to be leaving, but I have lived in this apartment for 3 years and have loved the location, the quiet neighbors and running along the water to the Brooklyn Bridge Park (my favorite place in BK).About the room:Very large size - 14' X 12'Just to give you an idea; I can comfortably fit my queen sized bed, 2 dressers, a nightstand, bench at the foot of my bed and a bookshelf. You will have plenty room for your furniture.It has a faux fireplace, molding detail and high ceilings. Two large windows that get the best morning and afternoon sunlight.Room has a ceiling fan and the AC unit is included (from the landlord).Ample sized closet.You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other females. One in her early 30's who works as a hair stylist in Manhattan and leads a pretty active and social lifestyle. The other who is in her 20's and in grad school at NYU (and NEVER at home). So basically, you will only be sharing the space with only one other person.We are looking for someone that can pay rent and utilities on time, stable career, clean and considerate.Please let me know if you are interested and we can set up a time to view the apartment.
