This apartment is bright and sunny. I shares a large fenced back yard with the downstairs apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house for privacy. There is a separate, perfect home office in the apartment in addition to the 2 bedrooms. You pay for heat and electricity and we supply a snow blower but you're responsbile for shoveling out the cars since there is not really a driveway to plow. We mow the lawn.
Owner pays for water, and lawn care. Tenant pays for oil heat and electricity
