NO DEPOSIT, no catch!! We are looking for someone to take over the rest of our lease on our first floor apartment as soon as possible. The lease is up at the end of June, 2016 and you can move in as early as January 1st. The best part is there is NO deposit and YOU will get our $600 refundable deposit in June, we paid over $1600 to move in so think about what you will save. More perks to this apartment includes WIFI, Direct TV, full washer and dryer, master walk in closet, 2 bathrooms, a nice gym including a personal trainer, pool/ hot-tub, water, sewer and trash. The only utilities you will need to pay separate is Murray power and Questar gas of course, that usually costs us about $80 extra a month. I will say, our maintenance guys ROCK!! When you call they are there almost immediately to fix whatever it is. The roads are always clear of snow and ice as well as the sidewalks. This apartment is very conveniently located right off of 4500 south and the freeway (i15) also only 2 minutes walking distance from our front step to Murray North UTA Trax station which is only one stop from the Front Runner. Perfect home for a student(s), persons who prefer public transmit or don't have a vehicle. -- Total rent includes: RENT - $975.00 CABLE/INTERNET - $70.00 WATER, SEWER, TRASH (flat rate) - $29.00 FITNESS ACCESS (include personal trainer) - $20 Total first month rent due January 1st - $1094 -- We have a small dog so we pay an extra $25 a month for that, although that an be taken off the lease if you do not have a pet. You WANT a parking pass if you have a car, that is the only complaint living here. Residents will wait months for a pass but luckily we already have 2 covered parking passes waiting for you. We pay an extra $20 PER parking pass although if you prefer you can also remove that from the lease saving another $40 a month.
