Property is gated for privacy and only 20 minutes away from the Harrah's Casino, about 25 minutes away from the John C. Campbell Folk School, and 25 minutes away from the town of Murphy with additional restaurants and activities. No more than one pet/dog allowed with appropriate deposit, a minimum of a 1-month stay is required with first month and security paid up front. Security deposit listed is for 1-3 months. For longer stays, a larger deposit may be required. This is a non-smoking home (Vaping outside is okay). Owner provides water/septic. Renter pays propane ($50 mo.) and electric ($50 mo.). Owner pays the overage cost of the propane and electric. There is no local garbage pick-up, so property manager will pick up trash 1-2 times per week and take to local dump or guests may take their own trash to the dump no less than once a week. - Minimum rental period of one (1) month. Typical rental term is 1-3 months but longer periods are an option and negotiable. - Pets: Only one pet (pre-approved) is allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet deposit.
