There is an attached garage with a ramp making the garage a one and a half car garage. There is a deck off the kitchen and in the front of the house is a covered porch. There is an outside storage area. All appliances stay. The lighting fixture over the dinning room table does not stay with the house and neither does the ceiling fan in the living room. All other ceiling fans stay with the house.
