Owner pays for trash. All other utilities are on the tenant, including internet/cable. Lease term is 12 months. We require deposit(s) and full month's rent up front. We don't allow dogs over 50 lbs and cap animals at two. Under 25 lbs at $25/month and over 25 lbs is $40/month. We cap occupants to two vehicles. More discussed later.
