Kitchen has a gas stove, new oven and painted cabinets. The bathroom has been remodeled. House is fully furnished(including new couch, beds some utensils, dining table). This property is located on El Camino and Scott area. It is within walking distance from NVIDIA and Service NOW, Walking distance from Target, Sprouts, Chick-fil-a and Indian grocery stores. It is 5 minutes driving distance of Kaiser permanente. House has a large front yard and backyard with ample amount of street parking and 2 car parking spot on the property. Note: Property is 3 Bed 1 bath but 1 of the room will be locked to contain current home owners personal stuff Property lease terms will be from November 25,2022 to February 28, 2023 with no Sublet. Renter needs to have 3X income of the rent. Renter pays for utilities and trash. High speed Internet will be covered. Short term lease, so personal property (Furniture and appliances) will need to be maintained and hand over as is after lease term. Deposit is refundable after inspection and cleaning. Garage is accessible only for washer and dryer. No pets allowed. We expect the house in same condition after the lease term with no major damage. Rent will be paid by cash, personal check, cashier check or wire transfer. If the tenant breaks the lease before its expiration they should pay current month rent +3 weeks rent.
