What we like about this house.......the wonderful yard. Deeper than most in the neighborhood, the yard is over 200' deep so there is room for a 2.5 car garage, a BB court, a shed, 2 fire pit areas and a screened porch off the back of the house. The front exterior makes this house stand out in the area. Newer (approx. 2008) windows, siding and garage. There is no carpet in the house. Laminate floors or vinyl thruout for easy care and no allergy issues. The living room features crown moulding and a wall of built-ins. The dining room. likewise has crown moulding and a built in dry bar. The kitchen is much larger than most in the area and features an island with stools that will stay, as well as, all appliances except the microwave, washer and dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans. upstairs, two bedrooms (again with laminate floors) have walk-in closets and access to storage in the attic. Storage abounds. Home is near Indian Park, golf, swimming, shopping and restaurants. Low Falls utilities!
