The layout is perfect for one or multiple families. Features include a Great Room layout with a kitchen with granite countertops and an island with seating for 5, a dining room with a large oak harvest table and a spacious living room area with seating for seven. Just off the Great Room is a family room with a game table, TV and two sofas and an extra large arm chair. There are two bedrooms grouped together off of the family room with a bathroom in between. The first has a twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
