1 bedroom apartment with so much to offer!! Located in the amazing neighborhood of Graduate Hospital. You can walk almost everywhere...center city, midtown, passyunk square, Bella vista, and more! Also, target, Starbucks, sprouts, chipotle, and petsmart are only two blocks away! You really can't beat this location. The apartment is small but it has a lot to offer. It's a first floor apartment with a private yard which is really rare. I have it set up with flower boxes, twinkle lights, couch, two chairs, coffee table, grill, and there's still plenty of space! It's the perfect spot to unwind after work or have a few people over. The apartment also comes with the entire basement with a full size washer and dryer. Since the place is small, I use the basement for storage and I even have a rolling rack of clothes down there because the closet space is limited. You make it work in the city! It's really all about location and being affordable! The rent is only $1160 a month plus utilities (gas & electric). It's a steal in this neighborhood! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting in December or January. I'm flexible because I am buying a house. My lease goes until 6/30/19, and at that point you have the option to renew or not. I've never had any issues with the real estate company or the landlord. They are very responsive if you need anything fixed but I've been here 1.5 years now and I barely have had any issues. All minor repairs. You would need to be approved by them as well. Also, it's all street parking. Some is permit and some is not. Personally, I don't have a permit and I don't have any trouble finding parking.
