While my preference is for someone to sign for the entire summer, I would be amenable to a one month period. Rent (includes wifi and utilities) is $1400/mo. Small, well-behaved pets ok; there's a small dog park across the street for the pups. While it's a small space, I have created a separate 'living room' area with a sofa that converts into a guest bed. The bathroom is a normal size; kitchen is small and includes convection oven, two electric burner stovetop, and a small dorm-sized fridge. Please note that my personal effects (clothes, shoes, plants, food, etc) will be removed, but furniture, shelving, cleaning supplies will remain in the unit for your use. Just bring your suitcase and laptop! The building itself is pretty basic - there's no on-site property management office and laundry facilities are shared (in the basement).
