It's a quiet neighborhood on the hill. 5 min walk to the restaurant of the year winner (Coquine). Montavilla village is 10 minute walk for cafes, bars, restaurants, yoga movies and farmers market. No Pets We are a couple upstairs from the studio. Jen is a Naturopath and I'm a design/builder. And although the two units are completely separate we are really looking for somebody who is quiet, respectful, non smoker, kind and light hearted.
