I am moving out of my apartment in De Pere, WI, and I am looking for someone to take over the apt. Apt is 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, and includes washer/dryer, $910/month. Leaving behind free furniture, including a heavy extendable dining table with 5 chairs and a queen-sized bed with frame. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Apt has a garage and is very close to Schneider, Inc. No long lease necessary, rolling lease only. I am also open to staying with the apt longer if you are only looking for a 1-bedroom (I would stay on as a roommate). Landlord doesn't allow smoking. Utilities are paid by tenant, except for heat which is free.
