I am going out of town for work and am looking to rent out my place on a month to month for a min of 3 months. This is a fully furnished 1bd/1bth and includes loft, 2 car parking, all utilities, cable, internet and is across the street from the beach. Located in Pacific Palisaides a mile north of Santa Monica and a couple miles south of Malibu. This would typically go for about 4k a month but I am discounting the rent to 3k a month for the right person. I am looking for a respectful professional who is employed, keeps the place clean and wont throw parties and disturb the neighbors.
