The layout of this townhouse allows for a lot of privacy since the two living spaces are nicely divided. I live upstairs, and am renting the downstairs. A clean, quiet, young professional or graduate student would be ideal in this nice townhouse - the downstairs area includes a bedroom, an office/den, a kitchenette, and a full private bath. There is no shortage of storage space as well, with each room having its own large closet, and an extra closet in the hall. Your bedroom is pretty big, with a built-in bookcase, as well as a nice, large wooden dresser, and huge closet. The office/den area offers a lot of flexibility on how you decide to set it up. Every room is nicely carpeted. The kitchenette room features brand new appliances - That means you will have sizable refrigerator space, a toaster oven, and a microwave all for your private use. Additionally, I have a garage space that is pretty full, but may be able to accommodate a bike - and there is also a bike rack in the parking area.
