The three living areas are spacious and suitable for entertaining. There is an open concept living room/dining/kitchen area upstairs that leads out to a a second living area in the balcony. The balcony has a beautiful porch swing where you can sway in the keys breeze and watch the sunset overlooking the bay. The patio is the ideal place to watch the boats go by. Pull your car up to the carport and walk through the seashell pavers to the open back yard. The yard is fully fenced for privacy, designed with artifical turf and an Azek deck. There is a large sectional for lounging near the 40- foot dock. Many of our guests even enjoy bathing in the warm waters of the canal. At Turquoise Cove, you will enjoy sun-filled days by the water with your friends and family. A few items to note: we LOVE kids, but if you have small children, this house may not be kid-friendly with the open water accessibility. Also, a 40-foot boat dock is available to dock your boat for an additional charge. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are located in walking distance of a plaza with great restaurants and some boutique shops. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is just a mile a way, just a short walk or drive to snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboarding and kayaking. Minimum 28 day rental. Rate does not include Occupancy taxes (12.5% state and local tax) $250 Cleaning Fee. Rentals longer than 28 days will require mandatory cleaning monthly at tenant expense.
