Come spend your time in our lovely house. You will get to stay in the best master VERY SPACIOUS studio-like room 450 SF ,with its private bath and pool view in addition to its own private entry. You are welcome to soak in some sun or go for a swim in our private pool (private to the units on the property) and use the barbecue grill if you please. Please let us know if it's your anniversary or birthday and we are happy to offer you a complimentary drink (must show ID)! No smoking indoors. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Put off the lights, fan and AC when you are going out. No pets allowed in the unit. Shared areas with other units are laundry, backyard, pool and carport. Only one car can be parked in the carport. No access to a kitchen but the unit has a kitchenette ( Microwave, electric oven, hot plate, toaster , slow cooker and kettle). Portable AC is used only if the central AC is not running. There is one time cleaning fee $99 at the beginning . No gatherings or parties allowed.
