The neighbors are very friendly and kind. We have gone through several severe adversities through the years, and they have always immediately come to our rescue. You couldn't ask for better neighbors. During the holidays, especially independence day, they get together and have neighbor parties. The house is a 1/2 block from a large park with pavillions, playground, tennis courts, and a very large grassy area. The elementary school is on the other side of the park, the Junior High School is four blocks away and the High school is three blocks. Two to three hiking/biking trails are within 2 to 10 minutes of the house. Multiple ski resorts are within a 20 to 40 minute drive. The house faces west, so the back yard is shady in the afternoons.
