Kitchen and all upstairs fans are newer ceiling fans. All floor vents have been upgraded. There is enough parking outside for an 18 wheeler, a bus, and 6 cars, plus a 3 car garage. Both basements are wired and have power. Wood burning fireplace works and has been cleaned this year. Kitchen and bedrooms have newer double hung windows. Peach tree, 3 different apple trees, and 2 varieties of muscidines on property as well. Driveway has been sealed in 2019. Newer laminate wood kitchen floor. Front door entrance way has newer laminate flooring. If you have a realtor, you will pay the realtors fees, we won't. If you don't there is a local title place that can do the closing for a quarter of the price of a realtor.
