There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the immediate area as well. The basement is divided into two halves, one of which is a designated music studio, and the other is open with plenty of room for however you would like to occupy it. Out back, there is a furnished patio, and there are large garden beds both out front/back that you are welcome to use. I am diligent about maintaining a clean common area/kitchen/bathroom, so I do ask you please stay on top of that.
