No matter where you are headed, you can be there in 30 minutes or less to many important places like Madison Square Garden for a Rangers or Knicks game, Yankee Stadium for some baseball or Bloomingdale's for a little shopping. Have a morning flight from Laguardia? Well it is a 15 minute cab ride away. Simply put, the location is fantastic. Not to mention being only one block from Carl Schurz Park, which has a phenomenal dog run to tire out your pet. Please note the Bulldog in the photo is not included, she is one of my dogs. Please also note the start date is 12/1/22 yet the landlord would like to paint (you can choose the color) so if you are able to push your move date a couple days it would be best, if not that is OK too.
