The Gates of Park West is a great neighborhood for all. Excellent amenities and neighbors. Very friendly community with ample access to shopping centers, parks, pools, golf, schools, recreational areas within a couple mile radius of the property, downtown Charleston is a short 20 minute drive and the Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. We are flexible on pets. Depending on the size and the amount we will issue an up front non-refundable pet fee. Terms of the lease are flexible, and we are very easy to work with. We expect rent between the 1st-5th of every month, with the preferred delivery method of US postal service. Based on lease terms the price per month can be negotiated. The home has a new HVAC, hot water heaters and all the lighting has been switched over to LEDs (closets and can lighting) which lowers the heat put off by a standard bulb, offers lowered electrical and maintenance cost. Fresh paint through out, new bathroom fixtures, modern upgraded accents and new carpet. Your children can attend K-12 within a couple mile radius of the home. The home has all appliances including a new washer and dryer. It sits on a small pond with a view out of the back porch. Trash service and lawn maintenance is supplied by the neighborhood HOA. Tenant is responsible for switching electric & gas (SCE&G) and city water service (Mount Pleasant Waterworks) over to his/her name on the date the lease commences. Cable is not provided but can be serviced by Xfinity, Dish, Direct TV or any other service provider you choose.
