An extension may be possible (and probably likely) on a month to month basis after that depending on the circumstances, but we wouldn't be able to confirm that until the spring. Huge Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment with two sleeping areas in a very trendy area of Bushwick filled with local artists, musicians, etc. There is a very nice trendy cafe on the corner and plenty of shops and food options nearby. This place is available for immediate move in. This place is fully furnished. Cooking materials are available for use in the kitchen. This apartment is immense and about the size of many two bedrooms. The size is approximately 800 square feet. The living room was huge and part of it has been sectioned off to function as a second bedroom. A room divider is available in the apartment to allow you to convert this room into a psuedo 2 bedroom. Air conditioners are available in the apartment and a tv has been provided. There are soundproof windows installed that block out the vast majority of outside sound. These are perfect during the winter as they can be kept closed and the apartment would be pretty quiet as a result. The building is well taken care of and there are no issues with water or heat. We normally don't allow pets, however since this a short term we are willing to consider them depending on the pet. There are two subway stations within a couple of blocks and the closest one is the Halsey St stop on the J train. There is also a citibike station around the corner. There is an elevated subway nearby, however this apartment has been equipped with soundproof windows that block the vast majority of the sound. With the windows fully closed this apartment is actually quieter than most other apartments you can find in the city. If you come check out the place, you can see for yourself. Tenant is away for some months and is looking to sublet the place for a short to medium term. We can do 1-6 months right now, until end of April. An extension might be possible in after April, but will not know that until later in the spring. We may be open for negotiations depending on your start dates, length, and qualifications.
