Your climate controlled interior space includes 2 separate bedrooms; each with their own private access to the TreeHouse/Wellness Space. Your Luxury shower will provide you with the temperature you so desire. Alternatively, you can run a bath & relax at your own pace. The Dining Room is also a perfect room as a workspace. The Lounge Room can provide you with a quiet space to relax. The quiet surrounding neighborhood helps to provide your peaceful outdoor sound garden, which is exactly how we like it. Parties & subleasing STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 6 month leases. - Electricity & water will be removed monthly from the security deposit - Strictly no parties - $2,400PM is for a 6 month stay - No partial payments.
