This was my favorite rent house as it could easily be 5 bedrooms and I worked so hard to refurbish it. Then my tenants trashed it for about $8,000 damage. Holes punched in walls, writing on the walls, cabinet doors ripped off, etc. All minor stuff that could be replaced by a motivated buyer. New roof 2018. New tile 2018. New carpet 2020 (after tenants were evicted). The pictures are what it looked like before the tenants from hell. $125,000 AS IS; cash preferred. I prefer to not pay realtor fees and will add the 6% to the price for that. Realtors do not call me and tell me you have fake buyers. I'll have to block your number. Anyways, you can tell I'm grumpy about this and that might make it a bargain. I work during the day so texts are prefered. Thanks, Matt
