2 bed room 1 bath mobile home was remodeled in 2018, sheet rock. Mini splits (a/c) cold and hot, windows,flooring the property consist of two losts, one is fully fenced and has a shed for storage the other one has trees planted and irrigation system for the trees. Water is on a community well share and it's like city water. Recently the house had some water damage. The roof was fixed but the ceiling we haven't redone I'm selling as is.
