We are the owners and desire to make staying at this house to be a very pleasant experience for you. We have found it difficult in Zillow to accurately explain the flexibility we have in providing a furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished house and for various lease lengths... example 6 or 9 months or a year plus. We cover all of the above combinations. So if there is some way we can make some changes that will make it better for you, please ask.. we aim to please! Roomy kitchen with attractive quartz countertops and many spacious cabinets makes for an enjoyable cooking experience. Off-street and on-street vehicle parking available, also a covered storage area in the backyard for bicycles. Onsite Receptacle for EV recharging. Master bedroom features a king size bed and spacious closet and drawers for clothes. Second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and work desk with view of the vibrant backyard. Front room has a comfy couch, reclining leather chair and TV. there is room in the corners to put a work desk. All utilities, eg. electricity, gas, water, Internet, etc. are the responsibility of the tenant. This can be substituted with a monthly charge. Lease duration: ideally a minimum of 6 months to a year or more. We have no intention to sell this house. note: outside pictures shown are from spring, summer, and fall when the flowers and fruits are plentiful.
