Quite dead end street, very clean. All utilities are paid, including high speed internet, electric, water, etc. 2 rooms each with fridge, and micro, small common area with dining room. I am ok with one person renting a room for $800 a month but be aware there are 2 rooms and the other may get rented too. No smoking or pets please . Looking for a couple or 2 folks that can stay for 6 to 12 months. Lease is month to month but set at 6 month intervals. It is 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and living room. Small yard with chairs and Gas grill.
