The lot is on a hill with a nice flat area on the top, easy to drive onto. There are some great panoramic views of the pond and valley below. Feel free to view or walk the land anytime but seller takes no responsibility for falls or injuries. I may consider doing owner financing with half or more down payment. Lot lines: When you get to the property, I recommend using Google Maps to view the exact location and boundaries of the property. There are also 2 property markers that you’ll see on the right side of the road, the first is at a PG&E pole (both are on the right side of the road, coming in) - SEE LAST 2 PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY MARKERS. Just zoom in on Google Maps (in DEFAULT map view) and you’ll also see the exact property lines. Utilities: There is at least 1 PG&E power line already on the property for easy connection, but I do not know of any other amenities. Housing and Permits: The HOA does have many restrictions but it doesn’t seem that the community necessarily follows all of these rules. You can contact the Rancho Tehama Association with any questions about rules at (530) 585-2444. Drive 2.8 miles North, take Gyle Road exit 636 turning left (West) onto Gyle Rd (continue for 5 miles), turn right onto Paskenta Rd (continue for 2.1miles), turn left onto Rancho Tehama Rd (continue for 5.1miles), turn left onto Hillcrest Dr (continue for 0.2 miles), turn left onto Lariat Loop (continue for 2.3 miles), continue for 1.6 miles and the lot will be on your right (16388 Lariat Loop).
