This posting is for a sublease through April 30 with the opportunity to renew the lease for however long you would like. I will be doing some international travel and need someone to sublease (essentially take over the lease). The apartment is available as soon as December 21st, 2016 and will be vacant at that time. The unit is apart of Greenhill Apartments and I have had no complaints in my 8 months here. The front office is great, they're on top of fixing things quickly and the basketball court and walkable proximity to WMU has been great. There are garages available to rent, too. If you don't to purchase any of the furnishings, they will be removed before you move in. The current lease I am in has rent at $760 and I then pay for Charter internet and Electric on top. There is a security deposit of $450 to be added to the lease. Tenant Responsible for Internet/Cable and Electric. Electric is usually $50-70 each month.
