Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Free driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle, and free street parking is also available. While we are in a safe area, please be sure to lock your doors at all times. This apartment can be leased for 7 days up to 90 days and would consider longer leases as well. There is no smoking and no pets. 1 off street parking spot available and plenty of on street parking. For monthly lease first months rent is needed up front as well as cleaning fee $145 and security deposit. All utilities are included. Water, sewer, trash, WIFI, smart Roku tv.
