    What's special

Inch splintersGarage doorDining nookNormal bathroomLarge closetsWalk-in closetsExcellent school district

Excellent school district, very private. Balcony off main living room. Recently redone flooring and bathrooms, carpet nearly brand new (3 years old) and all hard floors brand new (kitchen and dining only 1 month old as of August). You will be the first to break these floors in! It is so hard to photograph this space because of all the natural light. Every room that I tried to photograph comes across as gloomy in the photos, but only because there is a window letting in all that wonderful sunlight (I did choose a gloomy day to help make the photographs brighter, but I am apparently a poor photographer). The first floor has two living room spaces: one near the front door and one near the garage door, with the kitchen separating them. The dining room can be shut off from the kitchen so it can be used as a private office, or even a first-floor bedroom if needed. In a house of this age, you rarely get that open feel of kitchen into dining nook into living room, but this house has it. It also has that remarkably 1960s style status symbol of having the laundry right in the kitchen so all visitors can see that you are wealthy enough to afford automatic washers and driers, lol..... (Legitimately cannot move these, would cost the same as the house, just toss on your favorite 60's hat and pretend like it's still a status symbol to have the washer and drier in the kitchen, lol.) Upstairs is nominal for the house of this era. Three bedrooms are pretty unremarkably ordinary. All have large closets, two have walk-in closets. The master has a super large walk-in closet. There is a normal bathroom (tub and shower) on the second floor off the hallway. The master has the ordinary bathroom of this era - it sucks. I'm sorry, I have gotten used to living with my partner in the 21st century now where I get to brush my teeth in one sink while he washes his private parts in the other (WTF how does that work I don't even ask, just let it be). The shower is quite large and yes, while we were dating we would shower together, but no, you will not be bathing youngsters in there without tubs. The back yard is large, flat, and sunny. It is currently overrun by blueberries, blackberries, passionfruit, etc.... There is a fire pit. The gardener cut the barberry bushes to the ground on last pass, so it's very unlikely you will experience them again, but heck, you can't have everything. Owner pays for trash and landscaping. Tenant must request permission prior to modifying anything inside or outside the home. Anything that might require a drywall. masonry, or plaster screw (unfortunately) requires a conversation with the property manager because of a prior resident who really screwed that one up for all of us. I am sure you are not at the same level of idiocy as she was, but unfortunately we do have to actually check these days or else do extensive dry-wall repairs. It's a quick conversation and everything gets sorted out rapidly, but I am certain you would rather install your artwork or shelving correctly than have it crash down on your dinner party while you have your mother in law over. Not saying this has happened, but saying we do not want it to happen (again). Smoking allowed, but only outside the house and far enough away from doorways and windows to not permit any smoke to penetrate indoors. This includes smoking of cigarettes, medicinal products, ribs, briskets, salmon, gouda, bacon, and etc... Keep it all outdoors, my friends. (And please do inform us when ribs are on the menu,. as we will also inform you. No one ever smokes ribs and doesn't have extras.... MMM my husband does the best dry rub beef back ribs of all time.) Pets allowed, but somewhat tentatively. If they destroy things like our puppy did, you are on the line for replacing / repairing what they chewed through. Tucker ate a door frame then pooped six inch splinters for a week. We had to replace the door frame, but chose to keep Tucker. If your fur-baby eats stuff, you will have to replace it. Sorry. Our dear James likes to eat blinds. He's an a$$hole of a cat. I hate him when I'm not busy loving his fluffy self. No one cares how it got broke, it just needs to be fixed or paid for.
