We left most of the flooring and outside paint for you to choose your colors and style. It’s well insulated, and heated with natural gas, hydronic base board heat, stove, and dryer. This nearly 44 year old house NEEDS a new roof. There’s no known leaks. It’s just old and tired. But, so is grandma. Lol. There’s a small yard with mature birch.
