The renter is responsible for gas/electric, and water.. This home is in an H.O.A. community so some parking and garage usage rules do apply. No smoking is allowed. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, some breeds of dogs will not be allowed. A one year lease IS Required as a minimum, however longer leases will be available. Within a few miles of the 78 Fwy. and the 79 Fwy., with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Great neighborhood for evening walks and family oriented friends.
