Bedrooms and living room have carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen have hardwood floors. There is a pool, tennis court, racquetball court, basketball court, gym and common area. Apartment is right next to a park. Roommate is a 24 year old male who works full time and has no pets. The lease ends April 4th but can be extended. You will pay half of the $1,420.00 plus half of the utilities. You will pay a refundable $500.00 deposit. There is a $30.50 application fee. Pets are allowed with an extra $40 in rent plus an additional $200.00 non refundable deposit and a $200.00 refundable deposit. Smoking is allowed outside. Apartment has a parking lot.
