I love this place!! My favorite apartment, but I am unfortunately being relocated for work. The location is amazing and there is a washer and dryer in unit. It also features high ceilings, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite counter top. This unit is in the most sought after locations in Chicago. Steps away from Lincoln Park, Second City, XSports Fitness, the Brown Line, and the restaurants and bars of Wells Street. Also walking distance to the zoo and the lake! The sublease is four months long, and you may renew the lease on June 1st directly through the landlord. Sublease would begin on February 1st for payment; however, you may move in sooner on January 30th. You will be responsible for electric and gas bills.
