It has exposed brick and is located one block from East Passyunk ave, which is a great location! Great coffee shops, restaurants/bars, or to ACME and easy walk to the subway. The rent is $650 for the spacious bedroom and your own bathroom. Utilities are split between the roommates which is typically $125. No pets.
