Game Room has a large screen TV, cable, pool tables, ping pong, board games, books, puzzles and movies. The golf shop provides racquets, balls, etc. for activities. Desert Bloom has golf clubs ready to tee off. Access to all resort amenities included except the minimal charge for the nine hole golf course. The renter will be responsible for any gas or electric charges over $100.00 for a 30 day lease and charges over $50.00 for two weeks or less at a prorated amount. This is a 55+ community (additional guest does not have to meet the age requirement at age 45). All guest must obtain resort managers approval through their application process which requires submission of a government issued picture ID, background and credit check (primary renter only). Guidelines are: Minimum credit score rating of 700, no bankruptcy or eviction history. If the above requirements are not met, please cancel within 24 hours. Otherwise please request a resort application with your email address to forward to the resort. Although the renter may reserve a longer rental period the lease is on a month to month basis. The number of months you intend to occupy will be reserved. Accepted applicants are required to sign an Arbitration Agreement and will receive a copy of the community's current Rules and Regulations. Guests must obey all rules including quiet hours after 10pm. There is no parking on the street. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. No events, commercial photography, filming is not allowed. Maximum of 2 guests. Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am Turn off CEILING AC when vacating and before going out for the day (prevents inefficient cooling when run continually, instead use the alternate cooling system). Turn off AC's and Gas Heat before vacating. Wash dishes and place in drying rack or run the dishwasher by removing all food before placing in the small dishwasher to run a cycle. If there's a disposal no carrots, celery or hard foods they are to be thrown in the trash. Please take out the trash before vacating, conveniently located, turn left, down the main street. The blue recycling compactor and further ahead the main compactor both are on the right. Return mail box and house key from your key ring, the laundry room and metal shed key ring are on the key hanger. Please verify the lock box key is returned for the next guest. Go to the office for lost mail box key(s) replacement which includes a new box lock and 2 keys for a $30 fee.
